Our QPro development team is working hard, and making great progress on awesome additions like advanced QPay features and our accounting suite. While we’ve learned not to give specific dates, we are actually ahead of our planned release schedule, and plan to begin beta testing the newest version of QPro second quarter 2025.
I wanted to explain a little bit more about how we are building QPro, and why we are doing it the way we are. Years ago, we made the conscious decision that rather than simply creating browser pages that would interface with our legacy QFloors software, we needed to start from the ground up. We knew that although it is much quicker and less expensive to just plug the old software into slick new browser pages, eventually, that older technology would slow things down and even risk becoming obsolete with its interfaces.
So we had the choice of doing something quick and easy or something harder but better and more lasting. QPro is programmed with cutting-edge technology which means that it will not only avoid many of the issues that will invariably eventually crop up for many competitors still connecting to their legacy software on the backend, but it also means that integrations with any other new 3rd party software products will be more seamless. In short, it will be a killer flooring software product.
QPro is already a great tool, but we’re really excited about everything coming down the pipeline in 2025. It is going to be awesome, and you will benefit from it all, without having to purchase any sort of upgrade. Thanks for being on this journey with us. Great things are ahead!
